See Cookies and Analytics (Section 8). 2) How we use information - Provide services you request, including processing donations and registrations - Send updates, newsletters, and event information - Manage supporter, donor, and volunteer records - Improve and secure our website and perform analytics - Comply with law and protect safety, rights, and property 3) Donor and supporter privacy - We do not sell donor personal information. - We do not share donor personal information with other organizations for their marketing. - Payment card data is handled by PCI-compliant processors and is not stored by us. 4) When we share information We share information only as needed to: - Work with service providers that help operate the website, process payments, send emails, or manage events. These providers are contractually required to safeguard information and use it only on our instructions. - Comply with law or valid legal process, protect safety, prevent fraud or abuse, or in connection with organizational changes. Core processors currently include: - Stripe (donation processing) - Gmail (email communication) - Zeffy (event registration and ticketing) 5) Your choices - Email: Unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails or by contacting us at privacy@leapforjoy.org. - Cookies: See Section 8 for how to control cookies. - Access, correction, deletion: Contact privacy@leapforjoy.org to request access, corrections, or deletion where applicable. 6) Children’s privacy Our website is intended for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, contact privacy@leapforjoy.org and we will delete it. 7) International visitors Our servers and service providers may be located in the United States or other countries.
